I have been aspiring to be a PT and enjoy all the perks including the physical therapist salary which is perceived to be overwhelming. I have come to grow up with a yearning to be a respected member of the medical team so that I may be able to make myself available for other’s sake. I did everything for me to reach for my dreams. I took up a course that eventually brought me to the career that I have been eyeing for. The road was not that smooth and easy to travel by; but I was blessed with a decisive heart that made me overcome the hurdles along the way. Now I am a licensed and certified physical therapist. I have lots of patients who also serve as my strength and inspiration. I will never lose the confidence and trust that brought me to where I am now. Indeed, when one believes, he will really be successful in his chosen endeavors.

Coaching also helps leaders develop compassion and understanding for their employees. A coach can be helpful to speak with when one is in the midst of a challenging project. Skills are taught o help motivate employees and keep those are talented with the company. If there is discontent with the management, key employees may leave for a different company and then there’d be the need to train new employees from scratch. I just knew that if I looked around, I’d find some awesome EDP Jobs in my town, and wouldn’t you know it – there are! There are hundreds of them, dealing with everything from mobile app development to database adminstrators and all types of application developers.

It just goes to show that information technology will never go out of style. Computers are here to stay, and as I get older, I am seeing just more and more need for skilled edp workers who can get the job done.

Now, for the older guys that did mainframe programming, or other old stuff, it’s probably good to learn a new skill, one that’s really popular and hot right now, like maybe Java or Wndows .NET coding. Microsoft is always a good bet, because companies that use it pay well, and you can make a good income by getting good at knowing Microsoft technologies and coding methods.
